Baskin Ace Hardware has been a family run business for 40 years and they take pride in being ambassadors in the Cape Cod Community.  Lauren is always looking to increase her customer counts.  We utilized her larger summer marketing budget to welcome the new residents moving in during the busy tourist season.  This campaign covered the entire cost of the mailing and generated over $3,000 in additional sales on the new residents' first visits alone.

Budget restrictions in the winter: We charge for the actual number of movers that move in, so your cost goes down during the slower winter months when marketing budgets are smaller.

Seasonal Residents:  While seasonal residents will get a welcome package when they first move in, we compare all future mailings with our historical database.  Even if they put in a change of address each year, we will never send a package to a duplicate name at the same address

THE RESULTS

This campaign brought 181 new residents, who are in their habit-building process, through Lauren's doors.  She covered the entire cost of the mailing, AND generated over $3,000 in additional sales on the new resident's first visits alone.


While $3,000+ in additional sales is a nice perk, the real value from this campaign is the money these new residents will spend in the years to come.  Since they are people who live in the area, they will also create additional income in the slower winter season.


When people move to Cape Cod, they typically stay in their homes for 14 years!
